With vast expertise in implementing operations to prepare for scaling, producing events at scale, advisory, and multi-channel marketing, including partnerships, she is a catalyst in the NYC Tech startup sector while provoking business development and partnerships across various industries and stakeholders, including public companies like Comcast and Klaviyo, to name a few.

Crystelle has experience scaling B2B and B2C tech startups, including 2.5 years in e-commerce ($0-34m in 18 months), 5 years in management consulting (B2B Saas & Hardware), and 2 years in Venture Capital. 

She currently serves as an advisor at the following companies:
